Training with Paige for the past two years has been such an amazing experience! Throughout this time, I have watched my body transform like I never thought was possible. Not only do I physically feel healthier, but my mind and overall well being have benefitted so much as well! Paige tailors my workout plans to meet my goals. I started training with her in-person (before her move to FL) and absolutely loved it! I was nervous it wouldn’t be the same virtually, but the app has made it such an awesome and easy transition. I can easily access my workout plans for the week, watch videos of Paige doing the workouts, and keep track of my progress from days/weeks prior. Additionally, the Facebook group has been so helpful. It’s so nice having a community of support from other people wanting to better themselves, as well as having the videos and information that Paige posts on the page (especially the meal prep recipes!!). I truly would not be in the shape I’m in now without the constant motivation, encouragement, and support from Paige!
